td99 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Platform" — td99's website, mobile interface, and all associated services.
• "Member" or "User" — any person who has opened or is attempting to open an account on td99.
• "Account" — a personal gaming account registered on the platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, or additional funds granted by td99.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place a specified amount of bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

1.2 Scope of Applicability

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use any service on td99. We may at any time request identity documents or other proof to verify your age. If identified as a minor, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.

2.2 Registration Terms

• Each individual may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — name, identity, and contact details — must be accurate and truthful.
• Opening an account using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to td99 immediately.

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

td99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of Terms violation. In such cases, the member's actual deposited funds will be returned, but bonus funds will be forfeited.

3.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods on td99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposit amounts are credited to the account instantly. Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited — deposits must always be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing time is generally 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

• Withdrawals may be restricted until all active bonus requirements have been met.
• td99 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
• Large transactions may be reviewed in accordance with anti-money laundering policies.

3.3 Currency and Taxes

All transactions on td99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The member is solely responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. td99 does not provide tax advice.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,200 in bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be fulfilled first.
• td99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Only one bonus account is permitted per device, IP address, or household.

5.1 Fair Play

td99 ensures fair play across all games. Games featured on our platform are operated by recognized software providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others) and powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on td99:

5.3 Technical Issues

The td99 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Higher tiers are reached through regular gaming activity. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

6.2 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP benefits apply only to active and regular members. td99 reserves the right to change the benefits, rates, or structure of the VIP program at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
